What to Expect
Ascend Youth is a place where teens will grow in faith and friendship. At Youth your teenagers will learn to trust God with life’s challenges, to serve God with life’s purpose, and share God’s love with others. This group is close and supportive, they look out for each other, and have dedicated youth leaders who invest in them.
Youth Group
Tuesday, 6:30-8:00pm
We meet at Youth Group for a pre-service hangout at 6:00 pm every week. There is a light dinner, candy, snacks, and drinks, plus a bunch of games.
At 6:30pm the Youth service starts with youth-led worship and a sermon from Pastor Mikey or one of our other Youth Leaders. At the end of the service, the students break into adult-led small groups for middle school girls, middle school boys, high school girls, and high school boys.
Youth Fine Arts
Wednesday, 4:30-6:00pm (during school year)
Fine Arts is a discipleship group of passionate youth designed to help students discover, develop, and deploy their ministry gifts, inspiring students to use their God-given abilities in the local church, community, and around the world in ministry or secular vocation.
Vocal, Instrument, Art, Drama, Communication, Writing, and Dance.
Youth Bible Study
Wednesday, 6:45-8:15pm (during school year)
Youth Bible Study is a six-week discussion small group for middle school & high school students. Designed to deepen community and draw you draw closer to Gods word.
